Ballooning Federation
The Australian
Ballooning Federation's roots extend back to 1964,
and is the primary representative body for Hot Air
Ballooning in Australia. In addition to providing
information and support to its members the ABF also
arranges pilot training and hosts competitive and
social sports air ballooning events.

GFA Gliding Federation

The Gliding Federation
of Australia is a non-profit Incorporated Association
registered in Victoria with more than 12,000 associated
members belonging to one or more of the 88-odd associated
gliding clubs spread across Australia. Founded in
1949 the GFA is the primary representative body
for the gliding community.

ALAEA Australian
Licensed Aircraft Engineers Association
The 'ALAEA' is
a federally registered Australian organisation that
represents the industrial, technical and professional
interests of Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
(LAME's) and other civil aircraft maintenance workers.
Current membership is in excess of 4,000.
